Do you want to be truly happy? Do you dream of enjoying long-lasting inner peace and contentment? Then this course is for you. Learn how to follow important steps that gradually lead to pure and lasting happiness. Based on the famous poem “Eight Verses of Training the Mind” and the book “Eight Steps to Happiness”, this day course will be very enlightening, giving you the opportunity to contemplate and meditate, discuss with others and ask questions. Kelsang Pawo

Kelsang Pawo is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Auckland. He is a Kiwi Buddhist monk who is dedicated to helping people develop inner peace, and find real meaning in their lives. He teaches regularly at our Centre in Mt Eden, as well as in the CBD and in Tauranga.
