Learn how to follow important steps that gradually lead to pure and lasting happiness. Based on the famous poem “Eight Verses of Training the Mind” and the book “Eight Steps to Happiness”, this day course will be very enlightening, giving you the opportunity to contemplate and meditate, discuss with others and ask questions.
