Learn how to protect yourself from negative stress with mindfulness
Stress is on the increase, along with all the problems it brings: more anxiety, worry, anger, fear, loneliness, depression and relationship problems, as well as physical symptoms, such as headaches, digestive problems, allergies, high blood pressure, sleeping disorders and many other ailments.
It’s imperative that we get a handle on the negative stress in our lives and learn how to control and reduce it. The regular practice of meditation and mindfulness is the best method (by far) to accomplish this and increase the quality of your life.
Even if you don’t think you’re able to meditate, come to this workshop and learn simple techniques and ways of looking at things that will protect you from the negative effects of too much stress. Everyone is welcome!
