Join this workshop to learn how to meditate every day by following five simple sequential steps. By fully appreciating the many benefits of meditation, you will develop an interest in meditating every day.

Understand the dos and don’ts of an effective meditation practice, and how to arrange the correct internal & external conditions for a successful meditation session.

This workshop is suitable to those who have never meditated or who have tried but want to improve their ability to meditate. Everyone is welcome!

Anastasia Dailianis

STAS is a working mother with two small children. She has a background in the performing arts, psychology and public sector project management – all of which give her many opportunities to put Buddha’s teachings into practice. Through her practical teaching style, Stas uses examples from her own experience to show how relevant and applicable Buddha's advice is for our modern lives.
