Let go of your underlying source of fear, and open up to a life of great joy, flexibility and confidence.
with Special Guest teacher Buddhist nun Kelsang Shechog from Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington
Anxiety and fear can cripple our enjoyment of life. Fear, however, has its root in our mind, particularly in a mistaken apprehension of who we are. Due to this we relate to our limitations instead of our potential.
During this special meditation course, Buddhist nun Kelsang Shechog will introduce us to one of Buddha’s most liberating insights, the true nature of the self. She will teach and guide profound yet simple meditations to help us let go of our underlying source of fear, and open us up to a life of great joy, flexibility and confidence. Through using these timeless methods, we can empower ourselves and learn to enjoy truly satisfying and meaningful lives. This will be a special event not to be missed!
