Do you keep hearing about all the benefits of meditation, but not sure where to start? Or maybe you just want some pointers for improving your practice.
These classes are designed to help you learn meditation tips, improve the quality of your life, and gain an experience of inner peace. Enjoy practical instruction and guided meditation.
Class fee is $15
Our weekly drop-in classes are suitable for all levels of experience. Each class includes two guided meditations, a talk on a practical aspect of Buddhism or meditation (see topics below),and time for questions. There is no need to attend every class, just drop-in when you have the time. Everybody welcome.
