June 19 – Wishing Love

Class fee $15

Our weekly drop-in classes are suitable for all levels of experience. Each class includes two guided meditations, a talk on a practical aspect of Buddhism or meditation (see topics below), and time for questions. There is no need to attend every class, just drop-in when you have the time. Everybody welcome.

About the teacher

Kelsang Pawo

Kelsang Pawo is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Auckland. He is a Kiwi Buddhist monk who is dedicated to helping people develop inner peace, and find real meaning in their lives. He teaches regularly at our Centre in Mt Eden, as well as in Onehunga & Takapuna.
