Meditation Class in Onehunga

In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can come any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for questions, followed by refreshments.
A Balanced Mind for a Turbulent World
In this world obsessed with image and superficial qualities, it is easy to make unhelpful discriminations. This leads us to develop harmful views and ideas of others, causing our mind to feel turbulent, oscillating between extremes of aversion and attachment. Learn how to develop mental equilibrium, a mind balanced in universal love for others.
