Buddha said that living beings are like migrators going from one life to the next, and that because of ignorance we are unable to control our next rebirth or find freedom from suffering. By relying upon the Three Jewels Buddha, Dharma & Sangha, we can find ultimate refuge and protection.
Class fee $15
Our weekly drop-in classes are suitable for all levels of experience. Each class includes two guided meditations, a talk on a practical aspect of Buddhism or meditation (see topics below), and time for questions. There is no need to attend every class, just drop-in when you have the time. Everybody welcome.
