Conquering Anger & Conflict

This series will focus on the meditations and practical methods for transforming anger and conflict. By learning to wholeheartedly accept difficulties we can use them as the springboard for real transformation. In this way even challenging people and situations can be used to empower our spiritual growth – and we will also find solutions to many of our daily problems.

Sep 25 – The art of acceptance

Future series:

October: Living in the moment
So many times in life we find that we are held back from accomplishing anything of value because of not being able to live in the moment, the more we can focus on the present the more mental space and freedom we have to achieve happiness and success in all our daily activities.
