We sometimes find it difficult to move on from past events or to let go of unfulfilled dreams. Our inability to let go can become a great source of mental suffering and can affect the way we live and experience our life. Normally we respond by blaming the situation, ourselves or others but by learning practical methods for keeping our mind peaceful and happy, we will gradually be able to reduce our negative feelings and start to enjoy our life.

Future series: A Life Without Stress
Through the practice of meditation we can let go of stress, transform difficult situations into opportunities for growth, and become the person we want to be. In this course we will receive simple and practical advice on how to use meditation and mindfulness to live a life without stress.
Our weekly drop-in classes are suitable for all levels of experience. Each class includes two guided meditations, a talk on a practical aspect of Buddhism or meditation (see topics below), and time for questions. There is no need to attend every class, just drop-in when you have the time. Everybody welcome.
