Discover how to transform your life with meditation & mindfulness
If we wish to be happy and to enjoy more inner peace, we need to live life with more awareness, more mindfulness. We cannot fall prey to negative external influences that rob us of our mental peace and common sense.
In order to live a more meaningful life, we need to learn special methods and ways of thinking that allow us to transform the quality of our life, regardless of how difficult our external conditions might be.
The course will be based on the excellent book “How to Transform Your Life” and on the meditation CDs “Meditations for Relaxation” and “Meditations for a Good Heart” (each contains three guided meditations).
Give yourself the opportunity to learn how to practice meditation and mindfulness throughout your daily activities. Then you will discover the benefits of these habits and why so many people are making the effort to adopt them.
This day course will be taught by two experienced meditation teachers who follow Modern Buddhism, a very special presentation of Buddha’s teachings that is suitable to our modern way of life.
