Suitable for everyone, this is an opportunity to stop the stress and busyness of your week, and to start afresh, calm and revitalised.

Each session is self-contained so you can drop in any week. Everybody welcome.

Lizzie Kelly

LIZZIE is an experienced practitioner and teacher who is well known for her contagious enthusiasm for the Dharma. She speaks from the heart and gives thoughtful, helpful and down-to-earth teachings that are based on her own experiences, both at home (in a long-term relationship) and at work (at the Auckland University of Technology). Lizzie teaches special courses and workshops and substitute teaches Foundation Programme (FP) classes on Monday evenings.
