With National Spiritual Director Gen Kelsang Rabten

Do you struggle with busy and distracted mind? Do you find it difficult to accomplish your goals? Unlock the door that leads to spiritual success through these seven special practices.

These practices are special methods for enhancing our daily life and for making our meditation practice effective. Contained within the seven practices (or ‘limbs’) are methods for developing a humble heart, a love of giving and a delight in others which accumulates vast amounts of positive mental energy.
