Love that Heals
Mt Eden • Sat 3 Oct • $45
Each of us wants to be happy and free from emotional pain, yet this can feel difficult in everyday relationships. Buddha teaches that love is not just something we hope for, it is a state of mind we can learn, practise and extend to include more and more people.
This course explores practical and inspiring ways to develop love, compassion, and genuine care for others, including how to respond wisely to challenging people and situations. Instead of identifying with our own and others faults, we can learn to forgive more easily, recognising that imperfections are temporary and not our true nature. By cherishing others more deeply, we naturally reduce conflict and strengthen our relationships.
As peace and love grow in our hearts, we develop patience, empathy, acceptance, and kindness. These qualities not only improve how we relate to others, but also help us feel happier, more confident, and more at ease within ourselves.
