Let’s face it, everyone has someone in their life that they find difficult to be around. Whether it be a challenging work colleague or boss, a disagreeable partner or an opinionated family member. These strained relationships can often weigh down on us over time, leaving us stressed and frustrated – as well as leading to disharmony both at work and at home.

In this series we will explore some powerful meditations for viewing others more constructively that will enable us to respond to what they do more effectively. Practising and becoming familiar with these meditations give us the freedom to be at peace regardless of how others behave.
