When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem. But if we learn to maintain a peaceful mind, we can be happy all the time regardless of our circumstances.
At this day course we will learn Buddhist techniques to help us respond to difficulties with a positive mind. In this way, we will be able to accept painful feelings, overcome minds such as anger and frustration, and discover true inner peace.
Kelsang Shechog is a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Auckland. Shechog has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 16 years.
