The best way to enjoy a happy and meaningful life is to abandon negative attitudes and to think more positively. Buddha’s teachings give us the wisdom to identify and let go of the perspectives that keep us stuck in habitual, negative patterns of thought.

By developing the skill to authentically transform our mind through meditation we can change the way we view our self, others and the world around us, and in this way become more flexible, light and happy in daily life.


The Teacher

Kelsang Shechog is a Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Auckland. Shechog has taught for many years and is much loved for her gentle manner, inner strength and clear, skilful teachings.
