Drop-in Meditation Classes
Suitable for everyone, our weekly drop-in meditation classes are the perfect opportunity to take a break from busy daily life, increase your inner peace, happiness and well-being, and experience the benefits of meditation for yourself.
Learn how to use Buddhist meditation & mindfulness to solve daily problems, be more present and genuinely happy, and to improve relationships. Each class includes talks & simple guided meditations. The classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as those who already have some experience of meditation. Drop in to any class, any week. We hold classes throughout greater Auckland as well as online. The classes are $15 per session (or $10 unwaged). Everyone is welcome.

In-Depth Study Classes
The Foundation Programme provides a systematic presentation of the basic subjects of Mahayana Buddhism and forms a perfect basis for a strong daily practice. This class is suitable for those who already have some experience of our weekly drop-in classes, and want to improve their understanding even more.
