Auckland CBD Meditation Courses
These 4-week courses in Auckland CBD provide a great introduction to meditation and an opportunity to learn simple mindfulness techniques to overcome stress and worry, and to experience more happiness and joy. No meditation experience is necessary, and our classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators – everyone is welcome.
We recommend attending all classes in a series, however it is also fine to drop-in any week as each class is self-contained. The class fee is $15 per week to drop-in, or $50 to pre-register for a whole series.
We all want more joy and happiness, and less worry and stress. Mindfulness techniques enable us to connect directly to a more peaceful mind and to let go of sources of conflict and worry. The result is not only more happiness in our own life, but we will also be able to bring benefit and joy into the lives of others.During this 4-week course will have an opportunity to develop and improve our mindfulness skills both in and out of meditation, and to learn how to use these skills in everyday life. This course is suitable for beginners as well as those who already have experience of meditation.
