Buddha explained that all painful emotions are states of mind. Following Buddhist wisdom, we can understand where our painful feelings come from and how to gradually free ourselves from them.
In this class series we will explore how it is possible to stay calm and respond constructively even when painful feelings arise. Instead of feeling overwhelmed and trying to escape from our feelings, weβll learn how to be at peace with painful feelings and uncover their deeper causes. By training in these meditations, we can learn the tools for changing our mind – from negative and painful to positive and peaceful.
