Topics & Dates

Whether in our personal life or at work, we often find our relationships with others give rise to many challenges that expose our anger, attachment, jealousy and expectations as well as feelings of resentment and unhappiness with ourselves and others. Explore how meditation has the power to profoundly improve and transform our relationships, both past and present.

We can all follow thoughts and ideas that lead to happiness rather than unhappiness. Simply understood, happy people have beautiful minds. In this four-week course we will explore how to develop positive states of mind, which lead to mental stillness, inner resilience and happiness. Become a truly happy person regardless of life’s difficulties and an inspiring force for the people around you.
October 5, 12 & 19

Few things can be more debilitating than ongoing stress. Learn techniques to reduce stress and its underlying causes and how to deeply relax your body and mind. In this way we can stay strong, peaceful and inwardly protected in the face of life’s challenges.
November 2, 9 & 16

We all want to feel good about ourselves. Suffering from a lack of self-confidence can adversely affect our daily life, relationships and well-being. In this series we will see how Buddhist wisdom offers us a different way of viewing ourself, relating to the extraordinary potential we all have rather than our limitations. Developing this inner confidence will naturally lead us to improve our good qualities and develop positive, happy states of mind, as well as enabling us to be a positive influence on those around us.
November 23, 30 & December 7
