In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.
No meditation experience is necessary, classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

Real love never causes pain. It is a source of peace and joy, and the foundation of all healthy and positive relationships. The unhappiness we experience in our relationships comes from our uncontrolled desire and attachment to the fulfilment of our own wishes. Left unchecked, these delusions can destroy even our closest and most precious relationships. In this course, learn how to distinguish between love and attachment in your own mind, remove the cause of hurt from your heart and thereby be able to love without pain.
